Dr. Elliot S. Yu is a board-certified UCI Health gastroenterologist. He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Jacobs School of Medicine in Buffalo. He completed a residency in internal medicine, followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology, both at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
